Continuing education has always been a priority, leading her to open a salon focused on artistic expertise and passion for hair. Her goal is to provide an elevated salon experience in Billings with a team of highly-skilled stylists encouraged to find their niche and do hair they love.

Elly has always had a passion for styling hair and turned her love for hair into a career. She's been in the industry since 2009 and still loves what she does! Meeting new clients and making them feel confident and beautiful is the best feeling. Blonding and color are her specialties and loves to style with curls at the end of the service to add that finishing touch! As a mom of 2, she loves that she can live a balanced life between the salon and spending time with her family.

Talle’s been in the industry since 2022 and her natural talent shines through everything she does. She was born and raised in Billings and has always had a passion for all things hair. She strives to make you look and feel your best by staying up to date on the latest trends all while being ready to carry on a good conversation. Taylor grew up in Buffalo, WY but lived and worked in Denver from 2013 to 2023. She's a mom to one beautiful girl. She’s made Ethos Salon her salon home since the summer of 2023 and has been growing her business since. She specializes in low-maintenance, lived-in color and blonding services. She's passionate about continuing her education to provide the best services for her guests.

Kendal is originally from Washington and made the move to Billings to attend Ritual’s Aveda Institute. She loves offering blonding services and is excited to meet new people in Montana. When she’s not in the salon she loves swimming in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

She moved to Billings from Wilmington, North Carolina to be closer with her family. She has been in the industry for 5 years and specializes in extensions and lived-in brunettes, but she can also slay a bright beautiful blonde. Her goal in life has always been to make people, especially women, feel great about themselves. She sought out a career where she could best fulfill this goal and came across hairstyling. She believes that when you love your hair - everything is better. So come on in and let her help you feel like your most beautiful self!

Ciara is an Alaska native who moved to Montana to pursue her career in esthetics. She’s been a licensed esthetician since 2018 and specializes in natural looking classic, hybrid, and volume lashes. She also offers waxing, lash lifts and tints, and brow tints. Her clients are her top priority and will always make sure you leave feeling happy, heard, and taken care of. When she’s not working, she’s doing yoga, reading, traveling, or just relaxing with her favorite people. If you’re looking to kick back, get lashed, and have some great conversations - she’s your girl!

Jensen specializes in natural nails, gel structured manicures, and nail art. She went to school for cosmetology and has been in the industry since 2017. She loves nail art of all kinds and is always ready for the next trends.

Brittany is the creator of Goldee Linx permanent jewelry. She’s a wife and mom of two littles. She was born and raised in Washington. She’s a big iced coffee and wine fan and loves barre workouts.

She started this business because she’s always loved jewelry and thought it would be a perfect way to combine something she loves with the opportunity to meet new people in her new hometown.
